All the exhibitors shall obey related national laws and regulations. Besides, they shall obey the following regulations:

1. In case of cancellation of the fair resulted from any force majeure, the organizer shall not be liable for any losses, which might be incurred for the exhibitors. Related expenses that exhibitors have paid to organizers will not be refunded.

2. In the event of any claims arisen from exhibitor which resulted in loss of organizers, the exhibitor shall make compensation to the organizer.

3. No allowing any exhibits or exhibition activities which do not accord with CIHF theme entering exhibition center. The exhibitor shall be liable for any loss in case that the exhibitor is cleared out of exhibition center arisen from breach of this regulation.

4. For the duration of the fair, the booths must display the exhibits and be staffed by personnel. The exhibitors cannot tear down their booths or withdraw from the exhibition in the duration of the fair in case of any reasons.

5. The exhibitor shall obey exhibition regulations when he or his constructors constructs booths, uses audio and visual equipment and hold any activities in exhibition center.

6. The exhibitor shall commit himself to inform the content of “Exhibition Profile” and “Exhibition Manual” to their constructors and request them to obey these regulations.

7. The organizer has the entitlement to reallocate the size and positions of the booths if deemed necessary by the organizer. If the exhibitor cannot accept reallocation, he may withdraw from the fair. The organizer may refund only the fees which he has paid to the organizer. Any further claims, exceeding the aforementioned reimbursement, the organizer shall not be liable.
